During my time at Morgan Stanley, our team was tasked with redesigning pages for the morganstanley.com experience. Our redesign improves the user experience to better adhere to our KPIs and ensuring the experience was ADA compliant. We’re in the process of achieving ADA compliance through various improvements to the the UX design, visual design, interaction design, suggested code updates, and adding screen reader navigation.
